I've lived in Michigan my whole life, the Shelby-Utica area since 1990.   I'm a veteran, and a health-care professional, who enjoys fitness activities, including biking at Stony Creek at least five days a week throughout spring, summer, and deep into autumn.

My loves are contra dancing, the Tigers, the Lions, gourmet cuisine, cooking, quality cinema, shortwave radio, a good novel, and contra dancing...in that order.
