Utica, Take an Early Look at Your Ballot Before Voting

Four candidates seek four open seats on your ballot.

Voters in Utica will head to the polls on Nov. 5 to vote for Mayor and three open City Council seats.

There are no challengers this year to the incumbent Mayor, Jacqueline Noonan. The three incumbent councilmen; Russell Barthelmeh, William Osladil, and Kenneth Sikora are also running unopposed.

Noonan runs for a two-year term, while Barthelmeh, Osladil, and Sikora each seek four-year terms. Find more information on voting at the Michigan Voter Information Center online and see the attached PDF file for a ballot from Precinct 2.
